STUDIOS: STUDIO_500 and STUDIO_502 Welcome to Delaware Photography Studios and Equipment Rentals. We are the only full service art/photography studio for rent in our local area. Conveniently located on Route 40 in Bear, Delaware, approximately 15 minutes from Exit 1 on I95. We are centrally located between Washington, DC (1.5 hours), Philadelphia (1 hour), New York City (2.5-3 hours). Our 2,000 sq ft operation includes two studios that are 100% light controlled, with a total of 1,400 square feet of shooting space (STUDIO_502: 20'x 50' and STUDIO_500: 20'x 20'), and with a 12' high by 8' wide commercial grade garage door into the studio space, entire studio space 15' ceilings. Studio also includes: two private/separate bathrooms, private large dressing room and separate make-up station, post production room with multiple stations, and high-speed wireless internet connection available, and plenty of FREE parking.
